Registration
Registration for the 2010 hikes is now open.
Please contact the registrar if you have any questions regardng hike registration or payment, and review our cancellation policy. If the hike you have selected is already full, we will give you the choice of another hike (space permitting) or a refund, or will put you on a waiting list for the hike of your choice.
To Register
- Print a copy of the registration form for each member of your party.
- Complete and sign all forms for each person.
- Calculate the total cost for your party.
- Pay according to one of the following options:
- Include full payment by cheque
- Pay the full amount by PayPal (see below; please add $35 per person for PayPal service fee)
- Pay the $200 deposit and membership fee by cheque, and include the balance in a post-dated cheque, as noted on the registration form
- Mail the completed forms and payment to the registrar

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing to the registrar by mail or e-mail. In the event of such written cancellation, for any reason, all monies paid will be refunded subject to a cancellation fee per person as follows:
- Cancellations received by May 1st: $100.00 fee.
- Cancellations received after May 1st but before the Monday 6 weeks preceding the camp: $200.00 fee.
- Cancellations received within the 6 week period before the Monday of the camp: no monies refunded, unless a replacement is found, in which case the $200.00 fee will apply.
Please note that we are required to collect GST on all cancellation fees (GST no. 119254399RT).
